Cats are fickle creatures. If you've ever met even a single cat, you know this one purrfectly irrefutable fact. One second, they love you, and the next, they can't stand you. One day, they can't get enough of their food, and the next, they think it's garbage and refuse to eat it. Some cats even choose new pawrents, despite giving them all the love they could pawssibly ask for. It's not a fun thing to have happen, especially when all you want is to love and be loved by your cat.
After adopting a pregnant cat, the kind purrson in this story was ready to be a grandma to kittens and hooman mom to their new cat. But upon arrival, the kitty had other plans. Once she gave birth, the feline momma actually chose their roommate as the "trusted parent" and kept moving her kittens to the roommate's room.
