Families are a fickle thing to begin with, but when cat children are involved in the mix of a wider family, things can get real clawminal real quick. As this unsuspecting feline pawrent found out when her sister suddenly posed a question that could have only ever ended in tears for everyone. In some respect you could postulate that the sister had some slightly sneaky motives by asking her sibling if she would prioritize her cat child over her nephew in an emergency. Essentially asking her if she values her nephew's life more than her fur baby's. But as many people who are faced with such a philosophical question, the feline pawrent did her best to tread the line between idealism and reality when she was not given an option to back away from the obviously needling line of questioning.
