Here at ICHC, we are big believers in the cat distribution system. We have heard one too many stories of cats showing up out of nowhere and adopting people who never wanted anything to do with them, to not believe in the CDS. Cats choose their humans, not the other way around. That is a fact. And people can argue, people can say that it is silly, but we will continue to stand on that statement, and every single day, we will continue to be proven right.
Like today - once again, the CDS has been proven to exist. So many people online told this person that the "stray" cat who walked up to them and sat straight in their lap cannot actually be a stray, that it has to already belong to someone, that this person has not been chosen but is actually possessing someone else's feline. So many people said it, and all of these people were wrong. This person has been blessed by the CDS, and we just know that their friendship with this cat is going to be pawmazing.
