Cat owner leaves a negative Google review after a bad vet experience, only for the business to track her down and contact her current and past employers: 'They are now leaving my wife voicemails threatening legal action'

Veterinarians are amazing, let's start with that. Their job is so important. Vets save so many cats every single day, and we are so, so thankful to them. But they are not perfect, and just like any other doctor, vets can make mistakes too. You have to understand that when you take your cats to them. Still, understanding as we are, there is a line between making a mistake and doing something bad on purpose, and although we normally give the nenefit of the doubt in situations like this to the medical professionals… not this time. 

Of course, we only know this story from one side, and the cat owners say will obviously defend their cats. It's not the story itself that is making us believe the cat owners, it's the vets' reaction. They are doing way too much. Wethinks thou dost protest too much. One bad review is not going to be the downfall of a business, but one bad review that is true and can be verified… that can do some damage.
