Kittens always show up in the darnedest of places, don't they? The meowgically show up in bushes outside your bedroom window, in boxes on the sidewalk, or in this case, disrupting traffic in the middle of a thunderstorm. None of these places are appropriate for kittens. The only place appropriate for a kitten is safely snuggled up in a blanket with their hooman (or momma cat) looking after them. Luckily, that's exactly where this kitten is now - in the warm embrace of her hooman dad's arms, hopefully with lots of toy mice to plaly with.
While driving home in the pouring rain, this guy noticed a tiny black kitten running through traffic. After watching it almost get hit by two cars, he swooped in and saved the day by taking the kitten home and adopting him. We can't imagine a more purrfectly heroic story for our Sunday scroll. It's got cute cats, manly men saving the day, and of course, the wholesome ending of two beings falling in love with each other. This is why cat people are the best. There is a debate below about what the kitty's name should be, so scroll down to put in your two cents!
