Bonded pairs of cats might be one of the cutest, most special things that we, as humans, get to witness. It's amazing, the bond that these cats have. Bonded cat pairs treat each other like family. They treat each other like each other's other halves. We can see, even without them having to tell us, that their lives wouldn't be complete without the other. That is why it is so important to keep bonded pairs together. Because they need each other.
It's why oftentimes shelters insist on not separating bonded pairs, because they know the importance of keeping them together. But that isn't always the case. Sometimes, they separate the kitties and carelessly send them on their separate ways. That is what happened to the two beautiful snow kitties in this story. They were bonded and separated. But the humans of the kitty that got adopted found out about the separation just in time, and they did the best thing that they could have done - they went right back and adopted their kitty's other half. Sick, hurt, and in need of much help, they took the other kitty and nursed him back to health.
